I am a fully qualified and registered hypnotherapist with two postgraduate diplomas in Ericksonian Hypnotherapy and NLP (Advanced Level with Distinction) from the British Hypnosis Research and Training Institute. I have thousands of hours of direct clinical experience, having spent the last 15 years successfully treating hundreds of clients across all walks of life and ages. I work both online and in person from my private hypnotherapy London practice.

My integrative approach combines Ericksonian Hypnotherapy, Clinical Hypnotherapy, NLP, coaching, mindfulness, somatic therapy, Neuroaffective developmental psychology, and Attention Stances, working with both individuals and groups.

My journey into hypnotherapy began under Stephen Brooks, who introduced Ericksonian hypnotherapy to the UK and developed non-attachment therapy. I furthered my studies with Dr. Ernest L. Rossi Phd, a renowned pioneer in the psychology of mind-body healing and a direct student of Milton H. Erickson, with whom he co-authored some of the most important key works in hypnotherapy. I also trained with Dr. Stephen Gilligan Phd., another direct pupil of Erickson and a leading figure in hypnotherapy and NLP, deepening my expertise and understanding of the field.

I have a strong commitment to my ongoing development as a therapist, and thus continue to educate myself and train in methodologies that can support transformation and healing. Recently I trained with Marianne Bentzen, the pioneer of research-based neuroaffective developmental psychology and with Dr. Glen Hartelius Phd, scholar and researcher working in the fields of consciousness and exceptional human skills, who developed the evidence-backed attention strategies approach to embodied consciousness.

For over a decade, I have been teaching workshops and classes which join hypnotherapy with creative practices, such as performance, dance, fine art, architecture, or utilise hypnosis to explore the mind-body connection: in the U.K. (The Barbican Centre, Camden Art Centre, AA Architectural Association School of Architecture, UAL University of the Arts), the U.S. (ICA LA – Institute of Contemporary Arts Los Angeles), Europe (Between Bridges Berlin, FMAV Fondazione Modena Arti Visive), Volte Art Project – Mumbai.

Having a strong commitment to my own personal development I have been a practicing meditator since 2008, and have trained in both individual and group Mindfulness techniques, Vipassana and Vedic (Transcendental) meditation.

I am fully insured and a registered professional member of the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC) and the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR).
